When the court assembled its final docket, Cade's objection was summarized but his testimony was absent. The clerk said the testimony remained sealed for Ash's privacy. Ash had never asked them to silence him.
One harmless telemetry record was released to demonstrate transparency. Cade believed the archive itself still knew which testimony belonged beside it, even if the public docket refused to say.
